About Addys.ai
What is Addys.ai?
Addys.ai is a meeting follow-up agent: AI that does the work after meetings. It connects to your work tools and completes the work that comes out of your conversations, such as drafting follow-ups, updating your CRM and creating tasks. Read more in What is Addys?
How is Addys different from an AI meeting note taker?
A note taker records and summarises the meeting. Addys uses the meeting to do the follow-up work: it drafts the emails, updates the records and creates the tasks, then waits for your approval on anything that affects other people.
How do I contact the Addys team?
Email help@addys.ai.
Using it
Does Addys work when I am not in a meeting?
Yes. Addys runs background workflows such as personalised outbound outreach and inbound message screening without a meeting. See Task types.
Can Addys follow up after sales calls?
Yes. It drafts the email, prepares the CRM deal update and drafts the invite for the next meeting. See sales follow-up.
Can I use Addys after job interviews?
Yes, if you're 18 or older. It drafts the thank-you email and LinkedIn note. Ask before recording. See interview follow-up.
Setup and platforms
How do I get started?
Sign up and you receive 7 days of Addys Spark free. After that, choose a paid plan or stay on Addys Free, which retains the meeting features. See the Quick Start and the Pricing page.
Which platforms does Addys run on?
Addys runs as a macOS desktop app and as a web app at app.addys.ai. On your phone, add the web app to your home screen and it opens like a mobile app. See Use Addys on mobile.
Which tools does Addys connect to?
Email, calendars, messaging apps, CRM systems, documents, project management tools and professional networks. What Addys can do depends on the integration and the permissions you grant. See Integrations.
Privacy and approvals
Can Addys send messages on its own?
Addys automates the workflows you approve. Messages to other people, and other actions that affect someone else, can be set to require your review first. That is the default.
Is my data private?
Addys accesses only the tools and information you connect and authorise. You can review permissions when connecting each tool and disconnect any tool later. See the Privacy Policy for details.
