Task types

Addys gives you four ways to create, repeat, or prioritize work. The task type tells you how the work was created or prioritized and what you need to do next.

After-meeting tasks

After a meeting, Addys identifies the follow-up work and creates the relevant tasks automatically, without requiring another prompt. Review the prepared actions, approve them, and complete or send them in one click.

Routines

Describe recurring work once and choose how often it should run—every day or at another supported frequency. Addys runs it in the background, so when you open Addys the result or draft is ready for review. Approve or send it in one click.

Daily tasks

Create any task yourself and keep it alongside the work Addys prepares. Use Daily tasks for one-off work that is not tied to a meeting or a recurring schedule.

Pinned tasks

Pin any task that needs extra attention to keep it at the top of your task list. Use pinning for important, urgent, or focus work that you do not want to lose in the queue.

Need Review

When Addys has finished a task and it is ready for you to check, an orange dot appears on the right side of the task. This orange dot is the Need Review indicator. Open the task to review the completed work and take the next action.
