Quick Start

Six steps from installing the app to a routine that runs without you.

1. Install the Mac app, or open app.addys.ai in your browser. On your phone, add it to your home screen. See Use Addys on mobile.
2. Sign up with your email. Create your account with your work email. Your 7-day Addys Spark trial begins automatically. No card required.
3. Connect your apps. Link the tools you want Addys to work with: email, Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, your CRM and your documents. The more context you connect, the more useful Addys becomes. See Integrations.
4. Grant permissions. Each app shows what Addys can read and which actions it can take. Granting those permissions is what allows Addys to work proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
5. Set up your routines. Tell Addys which work to run each day: screening inbound messages, drafting follow-ups, keeping outreach warm, updating the CRM. You set this up once. See Task types.
6. Review and send. From then on Addys completes the work without further prompts. Everything arrives in a single queue: review it, then send in one click.
